    Francisco Victoria-Andreu, Transnational Business Consulting, is a transnational attorney, arbitrator, & international consultant with over 20 years of international experience. He lives & works between Paris, Cincinnati, Mexico City, & La Habana, Cuba; & is a founding partner of Transnational Business Consulting, overseeing the company’s international arbitration procedures.

     Outside of the U.S., Francisco has represented companies, states, & state-owned entities handling complex international disputes, with emphasis on international contracts, infrastructure, & commercial matters.A native of Mexico,  Francisco is fluent in three languages & is an expert in Latin America with emphasis on: Mexico, Cuba, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Ecuador & Venezuela

    Rodrigo earned his Bachelor of Laws with honors from The National University of San Marcos, Lima & is a legal assistant with Victor Andreas Belaunde Higher Education Teaching Institute.

    Andres earned his LLB at the University of Santa Maria, his postgraduate law certificate at Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas & is a practicing lawyer in Venezuela. He advises foreign investment companies & is involved in civil & criminal litigation.
