

The Hispanic Chamber Cincinnati USA is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant must have outstanding communication skills in both English and Spanish. This position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, able to perform well in a multitasking environment.
The ideal candidate will have some background in customer service as well as office administrator experience.
Main Duties
- Assisting with the organization and communication to advocacy related committees and task forces.
- Representing the Chamber, as necessary, during advocacy committee meetings.
- Researching advocacy issues.
- Planning and assisting with advocacy related events.
- Answering high volume of email requests.
- Responsible for 2 busy phone lines.
- In charge of processing payments.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the chamber's database.
- Provide clerical support for Members of the Board.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
HOURS:
This is a part time position with an aproximate of 20 hrs. weekly.
Desired schedule : Monday-Friday from 9:30am - 1:30am and two nights per month from 5:30 pm - 9:00pm
