Part-time Ticket Services Staff
Job Description
Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park is seeking part-time Ticketing Services Representative. The positions are responsible for all aspects of customer service issues with some administrative duties: daily accounting, deposit and sales reports. Candidates should have Customer Service experience; previous ticketing experience (Tessitura a plus), above average computer skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the ideal candidates will have excellent problem solving skills, the ability to assist and supervise other part-time staff, and the ability to take necessary initiatives regarding office tasks. Also, the ideal candidates will be detail oriented with close attention to accuracy.
