ASSOCIATE, MAJOR GIFTS

United Way of Greater Cincinnati, recognized as one of the strongest United Ways in the country, has an opportunity for a qualified candidate to provide measurable impact, initiative and relationship building as part of the Development Team.  The successful candidate will provide staff support for the Tocqueville Society (donors who contribute $10,000 or more) as it relates to growth in membership; and assist with developing and implementing strategies for the identification, cultivation and solicitation of new major donors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  A Bachelor’s Degree is required.  Two years previous fundraising experience preferred.  Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision.  Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.  Personal transportation required.
