Telemarketing Representative

General Description:

Represents the JTM Food Company with customers in the school division and builds an ongoing communications link with the Recipient Agent to improve the business relationship and market our organization.

Specific Duties:

• Utilizing the K-12 website review the school balace for the respective school districts as assign.
• Touch base witht the school division Recipient Agent to advise them of their inventory balance to determine current/future usage. Review carryover items when applicable.
• Review with Commodity Coordinator possible reallocation of raw material to another school district if feasible.
• Advise school districts of upcoming School Shows when appropiate.
• Be a liason with Food Service Directors at the local level to assist with any issues relative to JTM.
• Market new items or promo items when possible.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Review product distribution methods: FFE (Fee for service and MOD (Modify billing.)
• Review Carryover ( COV ) data for following year.
• Review Option sheets, PPI sheets, etc.

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent communications skills both orally and written.
• Proficient in computers including spreadsheets.
• Ability to multi-task and have a working knowledge of our company products and services.
• Should have 2-3 years telemarketing or equivalent experience.
• Minimum High School education.
