Requirements:
--3 years minimum experience in Office Administration
--Must be very proficient on all Windows office programs: Microsoft, excel, word, power point, etc.
--Must be Bilingual, Spanish/English and have excellent writing and communication skills in both: English and Spanish
--Must be able to work in the afternoon 6 – 8/9 pm a couple of days per month
--Must be able to multitask many projects, including planning, execution and follow ups at once
--Must be able to perform all tasks with minimal supervision and keep impeccable records
--Must be able to support a team of Executives
--Experience in QuickBooks and ACT preferred
--Previous Executive administration preferred
--Experience in Constant Contact prefeered
--Experience in membership and fundraising a plus
--Experience in Marketing and event planning a plus
