Business Office Manager - Shriver Center
The Shriver Business Office Manager oversees the handling of approximately $26 million in annual revenues generated by sales in the operational areas of the Shriver Center, including Carillon Catering, One Eight 09, Spring Street Market, Meeting Room Rentals, University Bookstores and Box Office. This position is also responsible for maintaining financial statements and managing of cash flow generated by all retail operations within the Department of Housing Dining and Guest Services, including those in the Shriver Center as well as 20 student dining locations and concessions. This involves oversight of the handling, processing and depositing of all revenues, and all aspects of employee supervision including interviewing, selecting, hiring, evaluating, discipline for business office staff. This includes three full-time and one part-time classified staff members. Additional responsibilities include the generation of accounting and inventory reports and creation of billing for Shriver Center Building Services, which includes Carillon Catering. This position reports to the Associate Director of the Shriver Center.
