Hiring and Training Manager

27-30K

30-40 hours a week

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Candidate must be fluent in Spanish/English
  • Understanding of the interpreting profession and/or medical field
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience in hiring and training (preferred)
  • Knowledge of internet and databases (Excel, MS ACCESS)
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Flexibility as daily needs change
  • Self Starter with initiative
  • Excellent English written and oral skills

Duties to include

  1. Recruiting and Hiring of Interpreters
  2. Conduct Training Classes
  3. Continuing Education (including Bridging the Gap)
  4. Quality Assurance
  5. Database Updating
