Hiring and Training Manager
27-30K
30-40 hours a week
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Candidate must be fluent in Spanish/English
- Understanding of the interpreting profession and/or medical field
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in hiring and training (preferred)
- Knowledge of internet and databases (Excel, MS ACCESS)
- Ability to work as a team player
- Flexibility as daily needs change
- Self Starter with initiative
- Excellent English written and oral skills
Duties to include
- Recruiting and Hiring of Interpreters
- Conduct Training Classes
- Continuing Education (including Bridging the Gap)
- Quality Assurance
- Database Updating
