Bilingual Customer Service Representative

One of the country's second largest producer of water-based inks for the corrugated industry, is looking for a professional customer relations representative.  Ideal candidate should possess two years order entry/customer service in a manufacturing environment and is familiar with International shipping and receiving procedures.

Requirements

Candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish.  Candidate must be highly self-motivated; detail oriented and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to positively impact customer relationships.  Must be able to handle multiple tasks and think quickly in order to solve problems timely in a fast-paced centralized customer relations department.  Some college experience preferred.  We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
