Successful candidate will have 5 -plus years hands-on maintenance experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.  Other requirements include HVAC repair and troubleshooting skills including heat pumps, chillers, boilers, RTU, VAV.  Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting skills to include copper and PVC pipe repair and replacement are necessary.  Electrical repair and troubleshooting ability and knowledge of BAS or EMS systems also helpful. Experience in assisting of running Capital Improvement Projects,  Building Automation and able to receive work orders from a PDA or computer.  Candidates must be able to make sound decisions, possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Past experience working independently with little or no supervision preferred.  Must be professional with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.  High school education or GED required.  Must also be EPA refrigerant certification or have the ability to become certified if required.  All candidates must have a valid driver’s license, meet company MV operator criteria and successfully complete background check.
