Support of all services delivered from Country ITS according to agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Maintain group standards.

Provide proper documentation of systems, infrastructure and applications.

Work on existing problems; assist in troubleshooting and providing advice to assist local Network Administrators.

Work with purchasing to help maintain contracts and special purchasing needs. Assists in purchasing IT assets for project and operational needs.

Assist on as needed basis with first level of support and helpdesk according to Group directives.

Deliver standardized end-user environment according to specification from Group ITS.

Assists in maintaining regional systems. Makes recommendations on infrastructure components and helps guide regional standards.

Maintains and upgrades servers and critical business systems.
