United Way of Greater Cincinnati, recognized as one of the strongest United Ways in the country, has an opportunity for a qualified candidate to provide measurable impact, initiative and leadership as part of the Development Team.  The successful candidate will provide management and support of a fundraising portfolio in the annual campaign; manage activity within portfolio to ensure goals and objectives are attained; and manage other team members and provide staff leadership to volunteers. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  A Bachelor’s Degree is required.  Three years United Way campaign experience or equivalent desired.  A thorough working knowledge of fundraising practices, procedures and philosophies is desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills required.
