Job Description:

Top Performance Objectives:

1. Handle day-to-day HR duties in employee relations, recognition program, unemployment employee verifications

2. Special HR related projects/campaigns ie, comp special projects,  fund raisers recruiting projects as assigned.

3. Lead on special HR related projects.

4. Lead on enhanced HR policies, practices procedures.

5. Duties as assigned Scope of work: Provide various HR duties in areas of Recognition, employment, employee relations, HR related research, Policies/Practices, HR related projects.

Required Skills: Can Do Attitude; Microsoft office, excel, Word, PowerPoint; Critical Thinking Skills; 2-5 years HR experience .

Nice to have skills: Advanced excel skills; designing of recognition program; comp experience Physical Requirements: Sitting, lifting, standing, walking.
