    Job Description:
    Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Analyst/Lead to join our team. The Strategic Initiatives Analyst/Lead will report to the Chief Talent Officer and will be responsible for a variety of improvement initiatives with an initial focus on talent-related activities to help Lithko better attract, develop and retain top talent.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to rapidly learn and grow in their career.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Participate in a dynamic roadmap of efforts aimed at attracting, developing and retaining top talent.
    • Perform analyses of spend and results of campus recruiting, make recommendations for improvement, and support implementation of actions to improve return on investment of campus recruiting.
    • Support craft recruiting analyses, Facebook ad campaigns, interviews and onboarding.
    • Support the talent development efforts, including performance assessments, growth plans and helping build a variety of talent development programs.
    • Conduct analyses of turnover, make recommendations and support implementation of actions to improve turnover performance. 

    Requirements and Qualifications:
    • Fluent in English and Spanish required
    • Bachelor's degree in business preferred
    • Talent experience and construction knowledge a plus
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work cooperatively across a variety of internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload
