• Legal and Bookkeeping Assistant

    Job Description
    N7 Consulting Services LLC currently is seeking a bi-lingual (Spanish) Legal and Bookkeeping assistant. Candidate will work between our two offices in Sharonville and Carthage with a focus in working with the Latino community.
    Below are the requirements for the ideal candidate and sampling of job duties.

    Education and Experience Requirements:
    • 2 or 4 year degree, paralegal certificate or other secondary level education
    • Spanish and English verbal fluency: Native or second language ability is a must,
    • Request and complete intake documents, provide case updates, able to document, make, and change appointments in two languages
    • Ability to compose letters and standard documents in Spanish
    • Ability to translate documents
    • Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Positive attitude, self-starter, detail oriented, ability to self-manage
    • Adhere to ABA Paralegal Ethics standards
    Duties & Requirements:
    • Such as management of legal files, meeting and communicating with current and perspective clients
    • Assists in the research, preparation of legal cases;
      work with attorney to prepare, hearings, and on other legal matters
    • Meeting with clients at attorney’s direction for status and form completion and scheduling.
    • Bookkeeping: prepare simple tax returns and manage some business accounts under the supervision of Enrolled agents
