    Bilingual Family Centered Educator

    Position Overview: we are seeking a Bilingual Family Centered Educator to help support our mission in serving as a catalyst and advocate for Greater Price Hill families to attain their educational, financial, and health goals. This position provides bilingual, holistic and comprehensive case management services to immigrant clients, including: intake assessment, goal setting, long-term care plan development, weekly case conferencing, progress monitoring, advocacy and referrals. This position also coordinates benefits assessment, tenant education, financial coaching and access to employment training and coaching with team members; and provides structured, age appropriate child development activities, including plans for the group and individual plans for the participants.

    Position Requirements: Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Counseling, or related field; training in education, coaching or case management; one to three years’ experience
    working with people required; and excellent written and verbal and communication skills in English and Spanish. Applicants must also possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
