    Job Description: Collections Specialist

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Collections of outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base for all brands, and all other aspects of collections,

      Resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.

    • Serves as backup to billing specialists in all brands.

     

    Additional Requirements:

    • Associates Degree in Accounting or related field

    • 1-3 year in billing and collections role.

    • Prior experience in collections role, demonstrated effectiveness in reducing past due accounts. Advanced Excel and other Office Applications.

    • Experience with GP Dynamics

    • Prior experience in billing / collections role, demonstrated effectiveness in reducing past due accounts, strong attention to detail
