    Supports admission and recruitment functions in order to achieve University enrollment and net revenue goals.

    1) Maintain data integrity. Process application documents. Import and upload data while continually reviewing to detect oversights or omissions. Input information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources to a computer database. Prioritize and batch materials for data entry. Sort and prepare documents for imaging. Scan and verify documents and index images into data management system. Process and distribute reports.

    2) Access and complete program enrollment information in campus-based student information system (SIS). Retrieve information from campus SIS.

    3) Answers phone calls and emails, distribute mail and assists with mass mailings. Provides information to internal and external constituents.

    4) Additional responsibilities may include processing of purchase orders, schedule visits, greet and direct appointments and walk-ins to appropriate counselor or other campus offices. Assist with all admission-sponsored, campus-based recruitment events. Maintain standard office equipment. Purchase and maintain office supply inventory adhering to budget practices.

    5) Contributes to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the services of the department; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed and other duties as assigned. This includes back up of other Admission Service Representatives.

    6) Other duties as assigned.

     

     

    Qualifications

    Experience:

    Knowledge and work in data management and entry. Customer service experience. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite software required.

    Any combination of education, experience, or training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
