    Job Description
    This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with area high schools and adult learners in order to increase enrollment at Gateway Community and Technical College (GCTC). 

    Expected Start Date: 7/1/2019

    This is a 2-year appointment with continued employment based on recruitment success.  Specified metrics and goals will be provided.

    Gateway Community and Technical College is located in Northern Kentucky - part of the Greater Cincinnati Region.


    Establish a Gateway presence at local High Schools by attending events at the schools, fostering relationships with counselors and maintaining a presence on their campus/location.
    Increase matriculation of dual credit and traditional students to GCTC by planning and executing enrollment events on the high school campus. Additionally, work with students on the application, FAFSA and the enrollment process.
    Increase the matriculation of adult learners to GCTC by coordinating enrollment events. Additionally, work with potential students on the application, FAFSA and the enrollment process.
    Develop, implement and evaluate information sessions about Gateway for parents, high school personnel, community partners and prospective students. 
    Coordinate with the Diversity Team to develop programming and recruitment efforts for underrepresented populations and other duties as assigned.


    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
     1 -2 years related experience
    Knowledge of FASA process
    Excellent organizational skills; high attention to detail; independent; self-motivated; able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment; commitment to diversity and inclusion; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with many individuals at all levels throughout the internal college environment as well as external business and community partners, representing his/her self in a professional and courteous manner; ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally; ability to multi-task, work under deadlines, and prioritize projects to meet deadlines with high levels of efficiency and accuracy.  Must have proficient computer skills in: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
