Gateway Community and Technical College is located in Northern Kentucky - part of the Greater Cincinnati RegionDuties:
Assist GCTC with meeting enrollment goals by facilitating the recruitment and enrollment of diverse and academically talented candidates. Additionally, the candidate will work with students on the admissions application, FAFSA, and the GCTC enrollment process.
Develop, implement and evaluate information sessions about GCTC for students, parents, high school personnel.
Establish a Gateway presence at Ohio and Kentucky High Schools by attending events at local high schools, fostering relationships with counselors while maintaining a presence in their building.
Coordinate with the office of Admissions and Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to develop programming and recruitment efforts for underrepresented populations.
Assist with additional recruitment events towards matriculation with dual credit and traditional students when needed and all other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1 - 2 years experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in diversity recruiting, specifically the creation and implementation of strategies to source and recruit from diverse communities in our region.

Must have proficient computer skills in: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
