Gateway’s Workforce Solutions Division provides quality instruction to local employers and community members in professional and technical skill areas. Qualified candidates will provide instruction to students in both theory and practice in their respective field. These positions will have a varied work schedule based upon project demand. The adjunct positions provide instruction and familiarize students with in the specific areas of study. The more technical positions provide students with the background, knowledge and basic skills needed to function effectively on the job. Preferred candidates would be able to teach at various levels to help support their programs. Candidates should be energetic, enthusiastic and have an in depth understanding of the principles in their discipline or field.
Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years
Technical skill areas require an Associate Degree and/or certifications and licenses in relevant field
Other disciplines require varied experience and certifications based upon the nature of the training. Please include all relevant experience, certifications, licensures, and education for review.
Training areas include, but are not limited to, leadership skills, general business knowledge, Microsoft Excel and Word, machining, industrial maintenance, lean methodology, six sigma, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, welding, blueprint reading, and safety.
