    In this role your responsibilities include assisting reviewing current procedures, evaluating them and determine best practice for quality then implementing it company wide.  Review, evaluate and develop quality controls to ensure that products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.  We are looking for a leader who is also a strong technical resource that will quickly, effectively, and permanently resolve any quality problems with external customers.  The right person will have a passion for communicating with customers and partner with them to achieve their goals.
     
    Description:
    Leads customer complaint process and ensures effective root cause analysis
    Attend production meetings and communicate concerns/challenges
    Create permanent and corrective action plans
    Responsible for PPAP creation and associated quality deliverables
    Promote Quality excellence in cross functional teams
    Conducts quality investigations and researches resolutions for issues
    Eliminating problems and issues from recurring
    Data Analysis
    Performs internal Layered Process Audits on processes to ensure compliance
    Interfacing with customers to resolve quality issues 
    Continuous improvement methods / Lean Manufacturing /Cost-effectiveness
    Ensures compliance and safety of all activities within the plant standards and policies
     
    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
    5+ Years relevant experience-Manufacturing, QC, QS, Calibration 
    Willing to submit to a background check and drug screening
