    Job Description
    Position Summary: 
    HORAN is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will be primarily responsible for a variety of marketing and research tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the organization including, but not limited to, marketing materials, digital strategy, advertisements, and marketing metrics.
    The marketing coordinator will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and must be able to effectively coordinate with marketing and leadership teams to ensure solutions successfully meet objectives and goals. This is an entry level position.
     
    Responsibilities
    ·  Create comprehensive communications calendar to encompass initiatives across all businesses
    · Develop and implement a corporate digital strategy to leverage video, podcast, social media, blogs, email marketing, etc.
    · Prepare marketing metric reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing customer relationship management (CRM) data and google analytics
    ·  Create content for and make updates to website and other digital platforms
    ·  Maximize marketing automation software to integrate marketing campaigns with the CRM
    ·  Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistent employee communication is delivered across all office locations.
    ·  Ability to work seamlessly with all office locations and all personnel levels in the organization
    ·  Assist with collateral and graphic design projects as needed to support the overall marketing program
    ·  Assist with award submissions, advertising campaigns, public relations announcements and presentations
    ·  Execute comprehensive marketing activities
    ·  Present work and represent the marketing team during internal meetings
    ·  Foster an atmosphere of helpfulness and cooperation with colleagues
     
    Qualifications
    · Bachelor's degree in business or communications with a preferred concentration in marketing or equivalent
    · 2-5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience in a professional services, marketing agency, advertising, media, or public relations services firm
    ·  Superior communication, reading and writing abilities
    ·  Experience with marketing technologies (e.g. marketing automation, social media)—SEO a plus
    ·  Excellent project management skills including successfully managing multiple projects and delivering on time and on budget
    ·  Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships at all levels and interact with leadership with confidence and credibility
    · Self-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity and frequent changes in direction
    ·  Collaboration skills and ability to work across geographies with virtual teammates to execute marketing plans
    ·  Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline-driven atmosphere
    ·  Familiarity and/or experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Dynamics and Click Dimensions is a plus
    ·  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
    ·  Financial and/or insurance industry experience also a plus, but not mandatory.
