About Us

The HealthCare Connection (THCC), Ohio's first community health center, has been providing affordable and quality health services to meet the needs of a diverse patient population for over 45 years. THCC is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing primary healthcare and dental care to the uninsured and underinsured in northern Hamilton County, Ohio. With facilities located in Lincoln Heights, Mt. Healthy, Forest Park, Princeton High School, and 4 co-located behavioral health centers, THCC offers services to all people. We serve children and adults of our community who would otherwise go without health care. THCC will assist those without insurance to establish a payment structure based on family income and household size. We accept Medicaid, Medicare and many traditional insurance plans. Our health center's function as a medical home, which is essential for obtaining regular and preventive care. We provide you with your own personal doctor, dentist or nurse practitioner who will know you and develop a relationship with you. Someone you can trust who will partner with you in making sure you and your family stay healthy.
