As many of you know 2020 is a pivotal year for Latinos not only because of the 2020 Census but also because Latinos are on track to be the largest share of nonwhite voters in 2020. Hence, in partnership with Mi Familia Vota Education Fund, LULAC, UnidosUS, MALDEF, Latino Victory, Hispanic Federation, LCLAA, and Voto Latino we pulled together this 2020 Year of Latino Power Calendar with key dates around 2020 Census, local and federal elections, and naturalization. Feel free to share far and wide!
Friendly Reminder that we have a series of ¡Hágase Contar! Census Ambassador trainings coming up in California, Rhode Island, and New York. Please note that planning is currently also underway for Washington, DC, Nevada and New Mexico we will share dates once solidified, in the interim please contact Adan Chavez at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. These are comprehensive three to five hour 2020 Census trainings that take you from Census 101 (Module 1) to Census 2.0: All things operations and enumeration (Module2) and lastly, a full review of the 2020 Census forms and GOTC field guidelines (Module 3).
