As we launch a new five-year strategic plan to reduce tobacco use and exposure to secondhand smoke among low-income adults and youth in Greater Cincinnati, Interact for Health is seeking proposals to increase the number of people in our region covered by evidence-based tobacco policies. Interact has prioritized these policies for this request for proposals (RFP):

    • Increasing the minimum legal age of sale for tobacco products
    • Creating smoke-free workplaces.

In addition we would like to collaborate with a marketing/communications firm to develop strategies to educate the public about the critical issues surrounding tobacco products. The proposed four-year budget should not exceed $2 million.

Proposals for the RFP will be accepted until noon Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2018. Proposals for marketing will be accepted until 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, 2018.
