As part of our mission to promote Downtown Cincinnati as a vibrant, welcoming and safe destination, we are partnering with several local organizations to create a dazzling and festive atmosphere Downtown this holiday season, beginning with the launch of a brand new initiative: FOUND. This multi-faceted program will allow visitors to enjoy Downtown Cincinnati during the holidays in a safe and socially distant manner — and will create some much-needed holiday cheer!

FOUND is a monthlong celebration of discovery and experience throughout the urban core. FOUND installations will stretch from the Banks through Downtown and Over-the-Rhine, all the way to Findlay Market, and will take place November 27 through December 24, 2020. Key weekend dates include December 5; December 12; and December 19, 2020.

FOUND will include several areas of programming, from public art to window displays. Events include “Finding Losantiville,” a citywide scavenger hunt; “Founders Forest,” which features Christmas trees representing each neighborhood in Cincinnati decorated and displayed throughout downtown; and the “Windows of Wonder,” which will transform 25 street-level windows in the urban core into holiday displays. FoundCincinnati.com will serve as the go-to resource for all holiday activities happening in Downtown Cincinnati. In addition to experiencing the installations and activations that are part of FOUND, we will be partnering with dozens of Downtown businesses to promote this festive holiday event. We hope that while you're downtown exploring, you find time to visit these local restaurants and shop at these local retailers who truly make the urban core the vibrant place it is.

FOUND is a partnership between AGAR3CDC and The Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile, Jr./U.S. Bank Foundation. Other organizations in Downtown Cincinnati are also collaborating on the event, including the Over-the-Rhine Chamber of CommerceThe BanksFindlay MarketArtWorks and the Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky African American Chamber of Commerce.

We hope you are as excited as we are to bring this holiday experience to our visitors and residents, while supporting our local merchants in Downtown Cincinnati!
