GE Aviation Female Diversity Recruitment Leadership Summit
The GE Aviation Female Diversity Recruitment Leadership Summit is an amazing conference for undergraduate minority female college students that includes: workshops, executive speakers, tours, and interviews. The 2017 Female Diversity Recruitment Leadership Summit is Thursday October 19th – Saturday October 21st in Cincinnati, Ohio. As part of our participant review process, we ask that you complete the survey below and submit your resume HERE by September 18th 11:59pm. Both the survey and resume will be used in our decision making process. GE will review applicants and respond by September 21st with decisions. For engineering majors, we have a rotational program that includes both manufacturing and design at multiple locations. For IT majors you must be willing to work at any GE Site in the US.
The Female Diversity Recruitment Leadership Summit seeks to identify and recruit highly talented minority female students from a wide spectrum of backgrounds.
Those selected for attendance at the summit receive:
•Meals, transportation and lodging paid for by GE Aviation
•Professional Development Seminars
•Networking with GE Aviation leadership
•Interview opportunities for Co-Op/Internship assignments with GE Aviation.
Application criteria:
•Currently enrolled in one of the following degree programs: IE, EE, MechE, AE, Materials, Ceramic, Software Eng., Computer Eng., Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, IT Security, Information Technology Management, Risk Analysis, Management Information Systems.
•Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
How to Apply :
To be considered for the 2017 summit you must complet Application criteria:
•Currently enrolled in one of the following degree programs: IE, EE, MechE, AE, Materials, Ceramic, Software Eng., Computer Eng., Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, IT Security, Information Technology Management, Risk Analysis, Management Information Systems
•Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
•NOTE: Sponsorship will not be provided by GE
•Maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 without rounding
